The comparison isn't fair, and the answer isn't useful. The real question fans actually have is narrower: who's the best rebounding center? Who's the best passing guard? Who blocks the most shots among forwards?
Positional Compare exists to answer exactly that kind of question.
How it's different from the other comparison tools
Head to Head is for when you already have two players in mind and want to see them side by side — Vezenkov versus Fournier, say. Positional Compare is for when you don't have specific names yet. You start from a position — guard, forward, or center — and build outward. Pick a stat, sort the pool, and the players who matter for that question rise to the top.
Every comparison also includes a "Typical" column — the average forward, the average center — so you're never just comparing players to each other. You're seeing how each one stacks up against the baseline for their role. That context is what makes the tool useful rather than just decorative.
How it works
Choose a position. The pool updates — 119 guards, 104 forwards, 61 centers, only players with 10 or more games included so the samples are meaningful. Sort by points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, PIR, or True Shooting to bring the right players to the front. Add up to four players to your comparison table, and every relevant stat lines up automatically — points, rebounds, offensive and defensive splits, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, minutes, PIR. The best number in each row is highlighted, so the answer to your question is visible at a glance.
