How to read it PIR is the EuroLeague's all-in performance index. These are the players whose last 5 games sit furthest above their own season average — form, not reputation. To keep it honest we only count players with a real role: 15+ minutes a game across the window, and a genuinely high recent level, so a big jump off a low base doesn't sneak in.
